Lawyers from the Bremax company have filed a temporary injunction against us presenting the Bremax story.  We have assured them repeatedly that we are a solely a non-profit historical organization. That our aim is only to present Bremax in historical context as a backdrop for understanding the Vince Germain legacy.

We have a hearing in May - hopefully after that we will be able to present to you what we at the A.C.H.S. feel is an integral part of the chronology of how Vince Germain rose to be a iconic powerhouse and then tragical fell into obscurity.

Note the similarity in style to the over the top super-glue commercials of the early 1980’s.  Coincidence? We think not.
